**Exciting Opportunity for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) - NIGHTS** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Labor and Delivery RN - **Schedule:** Nights - 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM - **Special Features:** No call, maximum RTO of 6 days within a 6-week period - **Holiday Requirement:** Must work 1 major holiday if assignment overlaps - **Patient Care:** - Ratio: 1:1 labor, 3:1 couplet care - Scope: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Newborn care - **Unit Details:** - Number of Beds: 8 - Scrub Color: Navy Blue or Pink - **Key Responsibilities:** - Circulate C-sections - Manage high-risk labor - Titrate Pitocin - Interpret fetal monitoring - Participate in neonatal resuscitation - Provide postpartum/couplet care - **Requirements:** - Current RN Licensure - BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC) - NRP certification - AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous rural hospital experience - Experience in LDRP model - **Technology:** - EMR: GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN), MedHost for orders, charges, and med scanning - **Travel Details:** Candidates must be greater than 50 miles from the facility - **Submission Requirements:** Must include home address and SSN **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
