This role is focused on leadership, process improvement, and service excellence, helping a high-performing team become even more efficient while ensuring an exceptional experience for users.What You'll DoLead and mentor a team of AV professionals supporting users and technology.Drive process improvements and help mature a recently implemented ITSM platform.Manage stakeholder expectations, clarify project requirements, and communicate priorities effectively.Oversee AV operations, support services, equipment lifecycle planning, and project delivery.Partner with IT and AV Engineering teams to enhance technology services and user experiences.Step in during critical incidents when hands-on leadership is needed, while maintaining a primarily strategic and managerial focus.This is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and ensuring technology enables outstanding educational and event experiences.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of AV technology experience.2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing technical teams.Strong customer service, project management, and process improvement skills.Experience supporting AV technologies, hybrid meeting environments, and collaboration platforms.Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.Experience with IT service management platforms preferred.Preferred BackgroundHigher education, private school, or boarding school experience strongly preferred.CTS, Crestron, Extron, or related certifications are a plus.Experience improving service delivery, team operations, and client satisfaction.Job typePerm
