We are looking for a Claims Supervisor II - Property to join our team!

Summary: Supervises claims adjusters and technical support staff to manage the day-to-day handling and settlement of claims, the processing and tracking of documents, making payments, tracking trends and communicating with underwriting.

A typical day will include the following:

• Participates in the hiring, training, evaluation and development of the claims staff.
• Assures that department targets for customer service quality and priorities are met.
• Assures that corporate claims handling procedures and priorities are followed and that budget and productivity requirements are met.
• Supervises the day-to-day activities of a claims handling unit; oversees the investigation of insurance claims.

National Range: $114,408.00 - $127,868.00 Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
