What Will You Do Manage projects from start to finish with direct communications to client and Contractors Involvement in accounting tasks such as tracking, bids, and expenses Use of AutoCAD for drafting, design or QC efforts as needed Delegate or self-perform project timelines as dictated by workload Prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once Bounce to other teams as workload dictates Mange communication for internal resources, and accurate external communication as needed Potentially participate in Marketing /Business Development as opportunities arise Continuously educate team members on standards and changes within client or scope of work Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. What You Will Need PE in civil engineering required Willing to work in AutoCAD daily on a design or review level Higher education and certifications or training preferred 2+ years of direct AutoCAD and construction drawing preparation Ability to learn and retain new knowledge Ability to multitask and learn new information quickly and effectively Previous work in the Right of Way (ROW) preferred Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to exercise adaptability in new situations Self-starter with desire and ability to learn and retain knowledge Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent organizational and administrative skills Position Type This is a full-time and exempt position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
