Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Assess clients’ needs by performing comprehensive evaluations that include reviewing personal histories, contexts, and presenting challenges. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, preferences, and goals, focusing on their personal values. \n
- Provide therapeutic support through various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts. \n
- Create and maintain a nurturing environment that fosters trust, safety, and cooperation among clients and staff members. \n
- Conduct crisis interventions and offer immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being. \n
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other professionals, including case managers and fellow clinicians, to provide comprehensive, holistic approaches to client care. \n
- Stay proactive in enhancing your clinical expertise in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling through ongoing education and professional development. \n
Your primary focus will be on empowering individuals, couples, and families to overcome various mental health obstacles and build healthier relationships. You will work with a diverse client population, including those grappling with trauma, emotional distress, grief, and interpersonal conflicts. Your role will involve providing tailored interventions that resonate with clients' specific life circumstances and personal narratives.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required. \n
- Current licensure to practice as an LMFT in the state of Washington. \n
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills, with a proven ability to engage clients effectively. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic rapport and collaboration with clients and colleagues. \n
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working as a Marriage and Family Therapist in an outpatient setting. \n
- Demonstrated expertise in specific therapeutic modalities or populations, such as trauma-informed care or working with teens and families. \n
- Experience utilizing teletherapy tools and platforms, contributing to effective remote service delivery. \n
This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
