Levy Sector Job Summary Human Resources Coordinator position focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training and related administrative tasks to support operations. Pay Range : $20.00 to $25.00 Key Responsibilities HR & Talent Administration Support Support the HR Manager with HRIS administration, data entry, and system troubleshooting. Maintain accurate team member records and personnel files with strict confidentiality. Assist with payroll-related data inputs and coordination as needed. Serve as a support contact for team member questions, providing guidance and directing inquiries to appropriate HR leadership when necessary. Recruitment & Pre Employment Coordination Coordinate recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates. Assist with reference checks, pre-employment screenings, and background check processing. Ensure an organized and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Onboarding, Training & Offboarding Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including preparation of employment documentation and orientation materials. Support and facilitate new hire orientation sessions. Partner with department leaders to design, organize, and maintain onboarding programs for each role. Assist in coordinating department-specific training programs to support team member development and operational readiness. Ensure onboarding processes create a consistent, welcoming, and effective start for all team members. Team Member Journey & Engagement Support and track the overall team member journey, from hire through ongoing employment. Conduct and/or coordinate regular check-ins with new team members (e.g., 30/60/90-day touchpoints) to gather feedback and identify support needs. Partner with leaders to ensure team members are progressing through onboarding and training milestones successfully. Identify trends, feedback, and opportunities to enhance the team member experience and retention efforts. Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities. Compliance & Records Support Support compliance efforts by maintaining required labor law postings and assisting with OSHA reporting preparation. Maintain and organize confidential records and documentation for audit readiness. Assist the HR Manager with gathering documentation related to claims, accommodations, or compliance reviews.
