Compensation Anticipated annual salary range: Washington, DC: $225,000 to $300,000 Contingent Compensation Eligible based on an array of factors including work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Because such contingent compensation is not yet calculable or may be zero ($0) in some circumstances, the above‑listed salary range is Nixon Peabody’s good faith estimate of the annual salary it reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of this posting. Requirements We are seeking an associate to join our national low‑income housing tax credit practice in our Washington, DC office. Two to five years of transactional experience involving low‑income housing tax credits. Prior experience developing and financing affordable housing projects for community development and revitalization. Experience helping investors and syndicators utilize multiple sources of financing, including tax credits and other government incentives. Knowledge of real estate finance, government incentive programs, partnerships and limited liability companies, and an aptitude for analyzing financial projections.
