In Epic consulting at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions. Your work will involve possessing in‑depth knowledge of Epic applications and assisting clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Responsibilities Design and implement modifications to assigned Epic system applications Analyze and resolve complex issues while mentoring junior team members Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess requirements for new initiatives Lead operational work groups to enhance healthcare workflows Consult with Epic representatives and subject matter experts for impactful solutions Maintain exemplary standards of quality and professionalism in deliverables Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients Navigate complex situations to deliver innovative outcomes What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree At least four years of experience in Epic system applications What Sets You Apart Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or Management preferred Proven experience in leading project management initiatives Advanced knowledge of Epic and U.S. healthcare workflows Demonstrating innovative problem‑solving and communication skills Mentoring and developing team members effectively Managing multiple broad‑scope projects simultaneously Collaborating across teams to develop change management strategies Understanding industry standards and audit requirements Knowledge of patient care databases and financial applications Benefits The salary range for this position is $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
