Beverage Supervisor - Xfinity Center

The Role The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for directing all activities of the beverage department. Responsibilities Direct all activities of the beverage department. Conduct monthly inventory to ensure all alcoholic beverages are accounted for. Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment per restaurant and catering operations. Provide overall operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet. Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through excellent customer service. Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager regarding beverage orders. Develop and manage drink menu. Monitor beverage inventory and pricing on a daily basis regarding changes to restaurant bar menus. Develop and institute beverage training for the F&B team. Conduct training on state and local beverage laws and regulations, including proper customer service of all alcohol products. Provide a safe and reliable environment for customers and employees. Possess a drive to provide exceptional customer service. Follow and encourage team to adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including reporting unsafe work conditions and completing company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training. Report all safety incidents into the company's risk management system on the same day they occur. Qualifications Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. College degree preferred. Food & Beverage and/or restaurant experience preferred. Maintain personal hygiene and well‑groomed appearance standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team to set up and execute an event. Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations. Effective listening and ability to take direction from management. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Punctual and dependable. Make quick and accurate decisions. Strong organizational skills. Ability to delegate duties when necessary. Remain calm in stressful situations while keeping a smile. Perform under pressure effectively for extensive periods of time while maintaining professionalism. Read, speak, and write English to interact with staff and guests.
