Key Responsibilities\n As a Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks designed to effectively address the needs of clients: \n \n \n Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and substance use issues, establishing a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique background and challenges. \n \n Collaborate with clients and caregivers to develop individualized care plans that set clear objectives, treatment strategies, and specific goals for recovery. \n \n Regularly evaluate and adjust care plans based on client progress, ensuring that strategies remain relevant and effective in the pursuit of treatment goals. \n \n Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific needs of clients and their families. \n \n Implement crisis intervention strategies as required, ensuring immediate support and guidance for clients in acute distress. \n \n Engage with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care efforts, contributing valuable insights from assessments and therapy sessions to achieve holistic outcomes for clients. \n \n Maintain clear and concise documentation that adheres to organizational policies, state regulations, and established standards for mental health and substance abuse services. \n \n Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and remain informed about best practices in the field. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will focus on a diverse population that includes individuals grappling with a range of behavioral and psychological challenges. You will provide essential support to clients who require urgent interventions and long-term treatment strategies, offering them a safe space to explore their issues and work towards recovery. Qualifications\n \n \n A valid Social Work License in the state of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory. \n \n A minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited school of social work recognized by the Council on Social Work Education. \n \n Demonstrated proficiency in handling a diverse caseload of clients with acute mental health issues and substance use disorders. \n Preferred Experience\n While not mandatory, experience working in a remote capacity and familiarity with telehealth practices are highly advantageous.
