Job Overview The primary purpose of this position is to provide batch imaging for all work by prepping, scanning, and indexing records into IT systems for other divisional sections to process in an accurate and timely manner. This position is also responsible for the intake, imaging and delivery of incoming U.S. Mail. The employee will provide daily supervision to a group of employees assigned to member maintenance functions, including processing beneficiary forms and other member requests received by mail. Responsibilities Supervise high‑volume work and a team of employees for member maintenance functions. Prepping, scanning, and indexing records; imaging and delivering incoming U.S. Mail. Ensure timely integration of records into IT systems for other divisions. Interpret policy and provide technical insight as needed. Qualifications Experience in supervision of high‑volume work. Experience in prepping, scanning, and indexing records. Experience in computer navigation. Experience in policy interpretation and providing technical insight. Management preferences: Experience working in public sector/state government or related environment. Familiarity with On Base, Unity Client, and Microfiche software. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least three (3) years of experience related to the area of assignment, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Salary Salary Range: $52,592 – $92,036. Position is Non‑exempt under FLSA. Telework This position qualifies for a hybrid telework option with routine office and remote workdays. Telework options are subject to change at the discretion of management.
