Job Summary Airbus Canada Limited Partnership invites a Quality Assurance Analyst (CAT1) to join the Quality Customer Line team in Mirabel, Quebec. The role involves declaring aircraft ready for production flight‑testing and ensuring compliance with approved design data for safe operation. Responsibilities Declare aircraft ready for the production flight‑testing phase. Issue the AI-100 Statement of Conformity and verify aircraft compliance with approved design data. Make required logbook entries and manage documentation. Submit applications for Certificate of Airworthiness, Export Airworthiness Certificate, and flight permits. Prepare Airworthiness Directives status reports and certify compliance in the logbook. Investigate and close anomalies, including physical ones, raised by Transport Canada. Implement innovative solutions to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. Manage quality projects aligned with customer requirements. Act as an agent of change, promoting a quality culture throughout the company. Identify risks, investigate incidents, and manage priorities in line with objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a DEC in Engineering or Aeronautics. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in aerospace or aircraft maintenance. Valid AME M2 or USA A&P license for large aircraft. Proficiency in French and English. Knowledge of standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA). Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Leadership, autonomy, teamwork, and professionalism. Logical, flexible mindset with initiative and attention to detail.
