What You'll Do Lead daily construction operations across multiple crews and projects Manage Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Personnel Drive accountability, communication, and operational consistency Improve training, onboarding, and workforce development programs Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and operational strategy Oversee project scheduling, labor planning, and resource allocation Implement process improvements and operational systems Support recruiting, retention, and development of field talent Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and profitably Maintain involvement in key strategic and high‑profile projects while leading the broader operation What We're Looking For Construction operations leadership experience Experience leading Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams Strong people‑development and coaching skills Proven ability to create accountability and improve performance Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and conflict‑resolution abilities Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset Ability to lead organizational change and support future growth Commercial construction, specialty trades, mechanical, electrical, concrete, industrial, or general contracting experience highly preferred What Success Looks Like Improved accountability across operations Stronger alignment between crews and project teams Better leadership development throughout the organization Enhanced training and advancement opportunities for employees Scalable systems and processes to support continued company growth Why Consider This Opportunity?
