• Salary Range: Starting from $26.38 to $39.56 per hour
• Relocation: Case by Case Basis
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Day Shift), $20,000 (Night Shift)

Job Summary: As a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse, you'll be an integral part of a team, collaborating closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Your role involves assessing patient needs, devising treatment plans, and ensuring exceptional care delivery to achieve positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Take comprehensive accountability for assigned patients' care journey.
• Efficiently manage patient care flow, from initial screening to discharge coordination.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, including accurate test and examination postings.
• Administer medications as per physician directives.
• Educate patients and families on medications and treatment plans.
• Handle incoming calls and perform phone triage when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program; an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse or an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on nursing experience.
