The Store Manager will oversee a large team of 16+ employees at a mid-size retail store, exercising full operational autonomy including hiring and firing decisions. This role focuses on leading staff, managing inventory, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of over 16 employees to achieve store goals
• Control and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues
• Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to enhance performance
• Manage store budget and expenses effectively
• Conduct staff training and develop employee skills
• Create and maintain staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
• Provide strong team leadership and foster a positive work environment

Required Qualifications
