Mega Project Representative-South Georgia District

Job Description Summary The Mega Project Representative will support assigned mega projects in the South Georgia District. This position can be based in Warner Robins, GA or Lagrange, GA. Responsibilities Leverage cold‑calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio within a high‑demand market Develop skills to grow career as part of a sales or operational management track Work with a team that takes the extra step to make it happen for the customer Generate profitable business from Sunbelt’s equipment range by developing assigned territory and implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain the current customer base Help build the national Sunbelt branding identity Education & Experience 4‑year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience, or 3‑4 years of related sales experience Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record 21 years of age Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills Effective communication and negotiation skills Solid computer skills Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
