Willingess to learn A desire to rapidly grow and advance in your position What is preferred for this position Construction Industry Experience What you will be doing Modernize content including the development and creation of video and animated assets Accomplishment of day to day graphic design requests for the marketing team and internal support Prepare design files with all proper production specifications Maintain and contribute to existing brand standards Ensure style guides, branding projects, and maintenance of existing brands are followed Develop new design solutions quickly Communicate daily with the marketing team to ensure all work is being executed to meet monthly and daily deadlines Troubleshoot problems escalating to the Director of Business Development Proactively enforce process to deliver high level of creative on time Maintain the organization of marketing files according to established procedures and guidelines Follow all established Marketing and GSP Company values, standards and procedures as they relate to quality, throughput, performance of administrative duties, and interpersonal skills.
