Smart Factory Equipment Installation Project Manager (Bilingual-Korean)

This role will ensure that the installation projects are executed efficiently, optimizing resource utilization and aligning with our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will enforce project management discipline across the project, project organization, reviewing and approving project plans, monitoring progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Having experience in rigging, millwrighting, heavy/industrial equipment management is preferred.

Responsibilities include setting and maintaining project processes, managing project documentations, monitoring projects to ensure they are within business goals, tracking progress of each project, reviewing and approving project plans, evaluating project resources and allocating if necessary, setting a process for potential risks, issues and opportunities for major projects, and creating reports to clients, executives or management.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business or industry-related field, minimum 3 years of experience in the industry or acting as a consultant on major projects, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture, thorough understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to change. Must able to speak Korean fluently.
