Account Representative - Insurance Sales

Jamie Morgan State Farm - Cypress, TX

Jamie Morgan State Farm is looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Representative to join our growing team in Cypress, TX. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping people protect what matters most. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, competitive, and comfortable asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service State Farm insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Financial Services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and existing customers
• Identify coverage needs and cross-selling opportunities
• Make outbound calls and generate new business
• Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
• Meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals
• Provide professional, responsive customer service

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses preferred
• Insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, motivated, and comfortable in a sales environment
• Goal-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
• Coachable, organized, and team-oriented
• Willing and able to obtain required licenses before starting

Compensation

Competitive base pay plus commission opportunities. Final compensation will be based on experience, licensing, and sales ability.
