Equipment Operator

The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for an experienced backhoe operator and/or excavation operator (heavy equipment). Selected candidate will work within Bartley’s residential excavation department or commercial concrete division depending on candidate’s skill set. Required Skills: Candidate must have experience operating a backhoe and digging for concrete footings. The ability to dig foundations, operatea skid loader, mini excavator, track hoe, track loader and forklisft is preferred. Read construction plans and accurately operate a laser. Class B or Class A driver’s license a plus. Knowledge or experience with concrete footings/walls also a plus.
