Recruiter Position at Forest View Hospital

Forest View Hospital, located just seven miles southeast of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a private 108 bed psychiatric facility that serves children, adolescents and adults. We are licensed by the State of Michigan, fully accredited by The Joint Commission and we bring more than 45 years of experience to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health problems. As a part of our continued success and growth, we are seeking qualified applicants for a Recruiter position.

Position Summary: The Recruiter provides recruiting services for assigned positions; including, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Performs the full life cycle of recruiting and maintains relationships with the hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. Develops recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload. This position is 100% onsite.

Job Duties:

• Provides quality full cycle recruiting and staffing services for assigned positions.
• Develops recruitment strategies and action plans to efficiently address open positions.
• Sources candidates via specialty internet job boards, ads, referrals, cold calls, etc.
• Sources candidates, conducts phone and personal interviews, schedules interviews with hiring managers, conducts and reviews professional reference checks, and prepares salary offer recommendations.
• Represents the hospital with on-campus job fairs, interview days and information sessions and other related events.
• Keep abreast of current and local recruiting trends, new tools and practices to best meet hiring goals.
• Provides frequent and thorough communication to the HRD and hiring managers.
• Serves as liaison with all temporary/consulting agencies.
• Assists with Recruitment projects and metric reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned/required.

Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities. Ability to understand licensure requirements. Self-Starter Extensive computer experience, including all MS Office Suite, HR Information Systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems
