We are seeking a proactive team player to stage, pack, wrap, and ship products while supporting production and maintaining on-time delivery. This is a 100% onsite position in Montgomeryville, PA, where you'll be part of a friendly and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare orders for shipment using a pick list, print labels, and follow order-specific packing instructions.
- Coordinate with Customer Service for proper handling and address any shipment issues.
- Manage shipping transactions with secure and common carriers.
- Restack and repackage pallets and cartons as needed.
- Load and unload trucks and provide backup support for the Receiving team.
- Monitor inventory stock levels and assist in reordering consumables.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in shipping.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive lifting and packing tasks.
- Must wear safety shoes and potentially other protective equipment.
- Flexibility for overtime as needed.
Preferences
- Previous shipping experience and forklift operation experience.
- Oracle experience is highly preferred.
- Cycle counting experience.
