Join our team for a school-based contract assignment supporting elementary and middle school students in Aurora, IL. You will provide assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy while collaborating with teachers, parents, and school teams. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Credentials evaluated by one of the following when applicable: FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF, or IEC. Current state license in good standing with the State License Board. Experience providing physical therapy in school-based settings or with pediatric populations. Ability to conduct assessments, write and implement IEPs, and maintain documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines. Availability to attend required orientation dates on 8/3 and 8/4 prior to the assignment start. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with elementary and middle school age students. Familiarity with school district procedures and collaborative team-based care. Assignment Details Part time, 0.4 FTE. Orientation dates: 8/3 and 8/4. First day of work: 8/11/26.
