We are seeking an agile Senior Marketing Project Specialist to head up the organization, timeline structure, and successful cross-functional execution of complex seasonal marketing campaigns. In this role, you will act as the operational anchor for collaborative creative projects across print, digital, social, and motion graphics. Partnering closely with multiple layers of leadership and cross-channel team members, you will own project milestones from initial kickoff through the final approval and delivery phase. This position is perfect for a resourceful self-starter who knows how to "work in the grey", navigate production obstacles, and maintain a clear view of the big picture under tight timelines. Responsibilities Develop accurate project milestones and timelines to ensure on-time, end-to-end execution. Manage collaborative workflows across print, e-commerce, social, and motion graphics, ensuring all creative assets align tightly with the stakeholders' strategic vision. Organize and lead critical team meetings with multiple levels of management. Responsible for agenda creation, workflow facilitation, and capturing detailed meeting notes/feedback to drive action items for brand and creative teams. Proactively identify project priorities, balance scope constraints, and utilize independent judgment to navigate operational barriers, recommending swift solutions to senior management. Review and QA content throughout the multi-stage creative development, revision, and approval processes to ensure total brand consistency and exact project specifications are met. Qualifications 5+ years of dedicated project management, traffic, or marketing experience managing creative teams, ideally within an ad agency or a corporate advertising environment. Proven experience managing digital, social, and media production processes and timetables. Background supporting corporate video production pipelines is highly preferred. Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Hands‑on experience using enterprise workflow and project management applications (such as Workfront, Workgroups, Basecamp, Smartpath, or similar tools) is preferred.
