Benefits and Wellness Assistant

Overview Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Benefits and Wellness Assistant to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 days per week at their Midtown, Manhattan office. The firm offers excellent benefits including generous PTO and 401(k) with matching! Responsibilities Manage and update confidential data in HRIS Answer employee questions regarding benefits information Process Leave of Absences, including FMLA and disability claims Track data points such as dates of leaves and prepare reports Assist payroll team with changes in benefits allocations and payments Coordinate office events such as blood drives and other wellness initiatives Assist with lactation room scheduling and inventory management Draft and distribute communications, including regularly scheduled updates Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $60-75k annually, based on experience Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO and 401(k) with matching! Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 2-4 years’ Benefits Administration experience Must have HRIS experience Law firm experience, a major plus!
