About The Role The Consignment Concierge will be the face of client relations for The RealReal. In order to be successful in this role, you must be someone who has experience working in a luxury or client-centric environment or has a strong history involving customer service and dealing with a diverse and elevated clientele. Motivated to continuously improve personal and company performance, works well in a team setting, possesses elevated interpersonal skills, and the curiosity to discover and delight our clients. Serve as primary contact for consignor escalations and support Manager in responding to client escalations/inquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve operational/service issues and concerns with urgency. Innovative, goal orientated, and resourceful. Ability to manage effectively through ambiguity and complex situations Able to work independently and make timely decisions with urgency. Ensure quality standards meet and exceed expectations. The expected hourly rate for this role is $20.2-$25.99. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
