R&D Electrical Device Characterization Engineer - Memory

This role involves working closely with engineering teams to develop methodologies and implement characterization across a variety of semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and expertise in semiconductor device physics, as well as experience with memory systems like NAND and DRAM.
