Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. • Observes, collects and records data related to patient's biophysical, psychosocial, environmental and self-care ability.
• Analyzes assessment findings and test results to provide the basis for planning timely and effective nursing interventions.
• Implements an age-appropriate plan of care.
• Documents and utilizes patient data to measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and patient goals.
• Documents the care given in a complete and timely manner.

Shift: 8:30am - 5pm

Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Mon, Thu; Week 2 Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat

Job Requirements

Required

• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS
• ACLS within 90 days
• PALS within 6 months
• ENPC within 6 months
• TNCC within 12 months
• 2400 hours of experience within the last 2 years in the Emergency Department OR 2400 hours Emergency Department experience within the last 5 years with current TNCC, PALS and ACLS.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing
