Grow and develop our customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Use marketing materials like SERVPRO Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO services and to sell the benefits./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliMeet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses/liliComplete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation/liliConduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts/liliBuild customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world/liliCompile and maintain center of influence (COI) information and identify Target 25 (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)/liliProvide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates/liliMonitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met/liliProvide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO referrals/liliIncrease sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli2+ years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience/liliExperience with sales and marketing within the service sector/liliSuperb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills/liliStrong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude/liliWorking knowledge of current business software technologies is required/liliBachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpCompensation: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year/p/div
