Scheduling Coordinator Department: Front Office Employment Type: Full Time Location: Wichita, KS Reporting To: Liberty Collins Compensation: $15.00 - $23.00 / hour Description The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing our scheduling processes. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. This role is crucial in maintaining an organized and efficient scheduling system while ensuring a positive experience for clients or patients. Schedule Monday through Saturday Key Responsibilities Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently. Communicate with clients, patients, or customers regarding appointment details. Maintain updated records of appointments and contact information. Ensure schedules are optimized to prevent conflicts or delays. Send reminders and follow-ups to clients or patients. Address scheduling issues and resolve conflicts professionally. Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless coordination. Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries.
