Deliver personalized speech therapy focused on language, communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to develop comprehensive care strategies.

Provide guidance and education to patients and their families to enhance progress beyond the therapy setting.

Conduct periodic inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless care continuity throughout the healing process.

Maintain prompt and precise documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Engage in professional development and continuing education to ensure the highest quality of care.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet endorsed by ASHA.

State licensure required for practicing as a Speech Language Therapist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification necessary within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment for diverse age groups, with a robust understanding of both developmental and acquired communication disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities to engage with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Capacity to tailor therapy strategies to accommodate various linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
