Youth & Family Case Manager - On-Call & Travel

Together for Youth in Schoharie, NY, is seeking a Community Family Specialist who can facilitate life skills training, lead parenting education, and provide case coverage during staff absences. The role requires flexible hours, travel, and on-call rotation with a Program Coordinator.
