Texas Health Hospital Mansfield- operates as a joint venture between Texas Health Resources and AdventHealth.

Unit: ICU

Schedule: Full-Time Days

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Two 8 hour shifts a week, flexible hours) / 6:45am - 7:15 (Two 12 hour shifts a week)

Location: 2300 Lone Star Road, Mansfield, TX 76063

• Provide wholistic care for patients that extends to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families. Chaplains are available to meet with patients, families and team members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide spiritual support.
• Help develop a brand new $150 million community hospital and medical office building that will provide services such as Emergency Services, Medical/Surgical, ICU, Women's Services, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

The role you'll contribute:

The primary focus of the Assistant Nurse Manager's role is on the experience we deliver to our patients and the treatment of the THM associates associated in delivering our services. The Assistant Nurse Manager role is critical to creating an environment between the THM nursing staff, physicians, other employees, systems and our patients that delivers the highest quality healing experience consistently to our patients and their families. More than simply accomplishing a task, the Assistant Nurse Manager is expected to use the critical tasks and functions our associates must perform daily, to further develop the capabilities of our associates. The Assistant Nurse Manager role is essential inspiring each associate represent the essence of the THM purpose and reason for being while each finds personal and professional fulfillment and satisfaction from being part of the THM family of people.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Education and Experience Required:

• Associate's of Nursing (ADN)
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS)
