About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Farmer Boy Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls, where we pride ourselves on serving delicious breakfast lunch and dinner dishes. As a Line Cook with breakfast,lunch and dinner experience, you'll play a key role in creating memorable meals that keep our customers coming back for more.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook items to perfection, ensuring high quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow during peak hours.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean working environment.
• Assist in menu planning and development with recipes.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Train and mentor new kitchen staff on preparation techniques.
• Adapt to changing demands and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook, preferably with a focus on breakfast items.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends.
• Passion for cooking and creating delicious breakfast dishes.
