Focus Workforce Management is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist with experience in fast-paced industrial environments. Proven ability to manage front office operations, greet visitors, answer calls, and support administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Skilled in maintaining security protocols, coordinating deliveries, and facilitating communication between departments. Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities, with a commitment to providing a positive first impression for all visitors and staff.

Job duties:

• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, an directing the correct personnel
• Maintaining the lobby area
• Monitor supply closet
• Updating sign-in sheet every
• Inform staffing agency of incoming applicants
• Contributes to team effort when required
• Takes messages and communicates them to appropriate enquirers
• Handles outgoing mail; sort and distributes incoming mail
• Responsible for basic data entry as assigned
• Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations in the reception area.
• Customer service skills: They require the ability to provide customer support in a prompt, friendly, and timely manner.
• Front desk receptionists require the ability to maintain composure in high pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Receptionists require solid phone handling etiquette to respectfully engage with guests and customers; and to promptly and efficiently handle a multi-line telephone system
• They must be Well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking, with the ability to effectively prioritize assignments. It is also important that they can adapt to change easily
• Require basic skills for operating and maintaining office machinery.
