Drug Production, Associate Manufacturing Specialist

Regeneron is currently looking for a Drug Production, Associate Manufacturing Specialist in the Global Manufacturing department. In this role, you will focus on manufacturing life‑changing medicines for patients around the world while working in a clean‑room environment. A Typical Day Perform all aspects of drug production in a clean room including cell culture and purification of monoclonal antibodies. Complete and review batch records and logbooks in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Perform in‑process sampling and analysis of buffer solutions, cell culture, and drug substance. Operate automated equipment such as bioreactors, chromatography columns, and filtration skids. Support equipment start‑up, troubleshooting, and validation. Partner with R&D teams to implement new drug manufacturing processes and technologies. Gowning and Environment Full cleanroom attire (e.g., laundered undergarments, gown, facemask, hairnet, safety glasses, safety shoes and booties, latex gloves, and sanitizing agents during gowning process including IPA). Remove jewelry, makeup and nail adornments when wearing cleanroom attire. Shift & Physical Requirements Perform physical requirements for the entirety of a shift (up to 10 hours) in a clean room environment. Support a healthy work life balance through multiple shifts, including 4‑day (10 hour) shifts to support 24/7 production. Require ability to bend, climb, crawl, kneel, reach, reach overhead, sit, squat, walk, stand, drive, manipulate hands, and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements High‑school diploma plus 4 years of relevant work experience, or Associate (AS), Bachelor (BS) or BA in Life Sciences or related field.
