Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)Location: Vermont Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–FridayAbout the PositionWe're hiring a Vermont-licensed LICSW to deliver virtual mental health care to clients across the state. You'll work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life changes, and other concerns that affect day-to-day well-being. The focus of this role is direct client care. You'll use your clinical judgment to assess needs, guide therapy, and track progress while working within a consistent weekday schedule from a remote setting.What You'll DoMeet with clients through secure video-based therapy sessionsEvaluate presenting concerns, symptoms, strengths, and support needsEstablish treatment goals based on each client's prioritiesUse appropriate therapeutic interventions throughout the course of careReview progress and make clinical adjustments when neededKeep progress notes, assessments, and other records complete and currentRecognize potential safety concerns and follow established clinical proceduresPractice in accordance with Vermont licensing, privacy, and telehealth standards
