Role Description

We are looking for an experienced PM Lead to take ownership of complex initiatives that span multiple teams, brands, and platforms. The key objective is to establish unified processes, delivery standards, and working relationships with the technical team, QA, and product. The role includes mentoring PMs, evolving process standards, and working directly with leadership on portfolio delivery health.

Qualifications

3+ years in project management, of which 2+ at Senior/Lead level with ownership of cross-team/portfolio initiatives.
Proven experience managing multi-project, multi-team delivery (several brands/platforms in parallel).
Dependency and integration management at scale (RAID, dependency mapping).
Deep applied Agile/Scrum/Kanban; SAFe a plus.
Strong cross-functional facilitation and complex stakeholder management, including under conditions of resistance and internal team politics.
Leadership without formal authority.
Portfolio-level reporting and analytics; experience building delivery metrics.

Requirements

Own complex initiatives spanning multiple teams, brands, or platforms: scope, planning, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
Maintain delivery health across the portfolio; surface systemic risks and patterns early to leadership.
Mentor junior and middle PMs: coach on planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Strategic stakeholder and leadership management; translate delivery reality into business language.
Own escalation handling for complex initiatives; resolve systemic delivery issues at root cause.
Evolve process standards (planning, RAID, governance).
Coordinate resources and capacity across the portfolio; identify capacity risks and resolve them with leadership.

Nice to Have

iGaming / gambling experience (multi-brand platform, GEO expansion).
Understanding of platform delivery specifics: PSP/payments integrations, game aggregator integrations, brand setup.
Advanced Jira (Tempo Capacity Planner, eazyBI, analytics).
SAFe certification.
