Volt is immediately hiring for Imaging Machine Operators in Northfield, MN.

As an Imaging Machine Operator you will:

General Purpose: Photo imaging, LPI, Screenmaking, Ink Mixer, Itron Screener, Slitter Operator, Machine set-up, Material Stabilizing and all related work.

Produces all products to defined quality levels, yield and standard.

Understands all production criteria for all products that are applicable to the Imaging process tasks.

Sets up and operates imaging machines, making photo imaging screens, Ink Mixing, slitting materials, setting up machines, Oven baking, and related equipment.

Makes adjustments to speed, tension, timing and related variables as needed to meet specifications.

Uses measuring devices- scope, Stereo, Comparators', viscosity measuring, Weight scales, micrometer and other devices that are required for process and product requirements.

Performs routine maintenance on processing equipment as needed.

Follows safety rules.

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

High School Degree or something equivalent (GED)

Able to handle strong odors

Be able to work independently

Able to lift 40lbs repeatedly

Be comfortable in close spaces

High attention to detail

Be able to follow safety protocol and keep orderly working space

Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

Pay Rate: $19.75 - $21.75 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
