OBGYN Clinical AST/ASO/Full Professor Division Chief Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician and Fellowship Program Director
The Maternal-Fetal Medicine Division at UF is a robust, multidisciplinary program that includes a dynamic team comprised of clinical faculty, fellows, advanced practice providers, ultrasound technicians, perinatal nurse navigators, and a genetic counselor. Comprehensive ambulatory and inpatient services, including Labor & Delivery coverage, antepartum care, high-risk consultations, advanced ultrasound, and fetal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Specialized programs in cardio-obstetrics, placenta accreta spectrum, diabetes in pregnancy, and preterm birth prevention. A collaborative Fetal Care Program with neonatology, pediatric subspecialties, genetics, and advanced imaging modalities. UF Health Shands Hospital a Joint Commission Level IV maternal care verified facility and a U.S. News & World Report Top 50 Hospital for Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Responsibilities include leadership & administration, clinical care, education, research & scholarship, and department and community involvement.
Expected Salary: Salary is negotiable, commensurate with education and experience.
Minimum Requirements: MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree. Board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Eligible for licensure in the state of Florida.
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of MFM clinical experience with progressive leadership responsibilities. Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, teaching, and scholarly activity.
