Job Description

Title: Quality Engineer III

Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84116 (Onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote)

Pay Rate: $55 to $70/hr on W2

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Quality Engineer III with 5+ years of medical device experience to support sustaining engineering projects, design changes, and product maintenance.
The role focuses on Design Controls, Risk Management, and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills:

Medical Device or regulated industry experience
Design Controls & Design Transfer
ISO 14971 Risk Management
21 CFR 820 / QMSR
Basic statistical analysis (Minitab preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field

Preferred Skills:

IQ/OQ/PQ Process Validation
CAPA
Supplier Quality
Disposable medical device experience
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
