Melville, NY. Huntington Hills Center for Health & Rehab is a 5 Star SNF located in Melville, NY. We are very easily accessible as we are located on the service road of the LIE. Overall, we are a very busy short term rehab and long term care units and you will be treating a blend of both patient populations. We have an extremely spacious rehab gym and a rehab team that excels clinically. We pride ourselves in having excellent patient outcomes. Requirements: Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation Work well with others in a team setting. #LI-MB1 Good Faith Rate Range:
