The Renovation Technician is responsible for renovating units while adhering to budget guidelines, project timelines and departmental processes.

Property Type: Stabilized, Mid-Rise Unit Count: 268 Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 9am to 6pm Requirements: 3-5 Years The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in painting, customer service, flooring installation, backsplash installation, and general construction and maintenance tasks. Responsible for renovating units which could include but is not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, repairs, cleaning and painting. Ensures compliance with all safety regulations including, but not limited to, the use of a back brace, safety goggles and gloves as appropriate while renovating units. Maintaining accurate documentation of renovation supplies. Maintain constant communication with management; providing daily project updates. Assist with inspection of vacant units and inventory work to be performed adhering to the renovation process.

The hourly range for this position is $25.96 - $30.00 (San Jose). Additional Compensation Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
