Operations Manager

This Operations Manager reports directly to the COO. This job was designed to help support a growing credit union by increasing the size of the back office staff to provide for better support to members and staff. Being a small credit union all management staff regularly take on additional responsibilities, in addition to the jobs originally hired. This job will be heavily focused Operations which is already in good but needs more people. Expected additional responsibilities include card services, integrations of secondary products, regulatory issues such as working to train new employees, as well as audits and exam teams. The Primary function will be the assist the COO in her day-to-day work load.
