Job Title

Travel – RN Operating Room

Location

Fort Worth, TX | Surgical Hospital

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | 3x12-hour or 4x10-hour shifts | 6–7 days plus 1 weekend per month

Key Responsibilities

• Function as an RN Circulator, responsible for positioning patients on the hospital bed, prepping, and positioning for surgery
• Monitor all equipment throughout surgical procedures including total joints, hip replacements, tibia and fibula surgeries, ankle and foot procedures, and mid-foot joint cases
• Support Plastics cases including breast reductions, expansions, breast reconstruction (DIEP flap), and Robotic XI and DV5 procedures
• Manage 4–5 cases per team per shift, collaborating with CSTs on Ortho, Plastics, and Podiatry procedures
• Fulfill on-call requirements, including 4–5 call days and trauma call coverage
• Float and share staff responsibilities between the Surgical Hospital and Alliance campus as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with Operating Room / Circulator experience
• Demonstrated ability to position patients, prep surgical sites, and monitor OR equipment
• Minimum of 1 year of OR RN experience
• Willingness and ability to take trauma call at the main campus

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 3 years of experience as an OR Circulator
• Experience with Robotic surgical systems (XI and DV5)
• Availability without planned time-off requests during the assignment period
• Positive, hardworking attitude with strong adaptability in a fast-paced surgical environment
