Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for members. They follow recipes, wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items available for home. Team members juggle multiple tasks while helping members with bakery orders. It’s hard work but rewarding, as part of a large team focused on happy, satisfied members. What You’ll Do Collaborate with team members to build a strong bakery team; communicate with the team and be flexible to business needs. Operate baking equipment and follow recipes and makeup instructions; wrap, label, store merchandise; ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions and member interaction. Maintain operational excellence by keeping the work area clean, managing quality and date control of bakery items, securing fragile merchandise, eliminating waste, and ensuring proper packaging. Advocate for the department by valuing members’ experience, modeling high quality service and products, and exhibiting energy and commitment. Support company policies, procedures and ethics; use the Open Door Policy and execute practices with integrity. Manage assignments and priorities using data, resources, and collaboration; communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
