Respiratory Care Operations Lead

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Coordinator, Respiratory Care to staff the department, monitor workload, and work with the manager to develop efficient operations. You will provide training, information and support to staff and lead initiatives to improve patient care. The role includes scheduling, coaching, hiring and annual performance reviews, plus direct patient care about 80% of the time.
