Caregiver with Heart – Napa Make a difference in a senior’s day. Always Best Care Senior Services – Vacaville is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors throughout the Napa area. We are looking for caregivers who understand that great care is about more than completing tasks. It is about helping someone feel safe, comfortable, respected, and connected. A friendly smile. A reassuring presence. A moment of connection. A reason to look forward to the day. Comfort in the little things. Connection in the quiet moments. Care that feels personal. What You’ll Do

Personal care and assistance with ADLs
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Companionship and emotional support
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
Help seniors maintain their routines and independence at home

What We’re Looking For

Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
1 year of caregiving experience preferred — personal experience counts
Valid California Driver’s License
Registered and insured personal vehicle
Reliable transportation

Pay & Growth

Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
Pay increase after 90 days
Annual raises thereafter
