Restaurant Manager

Concord Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team, delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting operational and financial goals. This role ensures quality, consistency, and service excellence in all areas of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver friendly, professional service and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction • Ensure meals are served promptly, with proper portioning, plating, and temperature • Train, mentor, and develop staff in service sequence, product knowledge, and performance expectations • Lead daily service briefings and ongoing staff development programs • Monitor daily restaurant performance and provide coaching, feedback, and evaluations • Collaborate with the Chef on food production, quality, and presentation • Oversee selection, pricing, and procurement of beverages, including wine and liquor • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and achieving restaurant sales and cost goals • Execute marketing initiatives, enhance guest experience, and identify revenue opportunities • Maintain labor management and cost controls in line with financial objectives Requirements: • Experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or food and beverage operations • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development Benefits Competitive wages Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and short/long-term disability options 401(k) with company match Tuition assistance Discounted room rates at Concord-managed hotels Training, development, and career advancement opportunities Salary Range = $59,658.00 to $74,573.00 Why Join Concord?
