Respite Clinical Supervisor (RN Required)

Respite Clinical Supervisor (RN) – Saint Joe’s Schedule: 40 hours/week + on-call About The Role SaintJoe’s is seeking a compassionate and experienced Respite Clinical Supervisor (RN) to support daily operations of our Respite Program. In partnership with the Assistant Director of Nursing, this role ensures high-quality, compliant care for individuals with developmental and complex medical needs while leading and mentoring staff. Key Responsibilities Oversee respite operations, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance Supervise and support clinical and DSP staff; assist with scheduling and coverage Coordinate admissions/discharges and communicate with internal departments Provide training, coaching, and ongoing staff development Monitor documentation, complete progress notes, and report incidents Deliver direct nursing care as needed (medications, treatments, tube feedings, personal care) Support delegated nursing in ICF and community respite programs Participate in on-call rotation Qualifications Active RN license (Ohio) required 2+ years’ experience with individuals with complex medical needs (pediatric experience preferred) Supervisory and employee relations experience Knowledge of ODH, ODODD, and ODJFS regulations preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Valid driver’s license Why SaintJoe’s?
